Return Policy - Love Your Boat Guarantee

We want you to love your boat. If it's not the right fit, we’ll help you sort it out. Within 30 days of receipt, you may submit a return and receive a refund for your purchase.  This policy applies to all items purchased on our site. 

  • Contact Oru Kayak within 30 days of receiving your items to start your return.
  • We only accept the return of products purchased from orukayak.com.  We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributors.
  • Outbound shipping charges on the original order are not refunded.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Damage caused by misuse does not qualify for return. Please see our Warranty Policy.

Step One: Initiating your return

All items can be returned for a refund and we ask that your return is:

  • In original, undamaged condition.
  • Has the tags intact.
  • Return initiated within30 days.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund total. Visit our Return Center to complete a return request form.

 

 

Step Two: Returning your items

3 Easy Steps: 

  1. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping guidelines and refund estimate. The email will include a prepaid shipping label, RMA# and packing list.
  2. Pack all the return items back into the box. Make sure that your boat is clean with all the parts and gear included in the return, with all tags attached.
  3. Ship your items back to us with the label provided.  Make sure the shipping label, RMA# and packing list are all attached to the outside of your shipping box to ensure fast processing.

 

Step Three: Processing your refund

The refund will be applied after the package has been scanned by the carrier and movement has been tracked. The process may take up to 3 business days depending on the season, shipping carrier, and the time your bank takes to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
